A private-domain meal ordering SaaS for overseas Chinese restaurants: employees bind via a corporate meal ordering code, place orders in advance based on the daily menu, and collect meals using a pickup number; merchants build their own customer assets, with food and meal service records fully traceable throughout.

Overseas expatriate workers and business personnel have long relied on WeChat groups to order meals from Chinese restaurants: pickup order does not match order sequence, making mix-ups and confusion common; negative reviews spread publicly within the group, directly damaging merchants' reputation; and merchants have no customer data, making it impossible to forecast stock preparation. More critically, if a WeChat group is lost or banned, customers accumulated over many years may be wiped out overnight.
We have built a private-domain meal ordering platform for restaurants and diners: employees enter a six-digit corporate meal ordering code to bind to their company, view the daily menu and place orders in advance, and orders return a pickup number so that meal collection by number is no longer chaotic. On the merchant side, they gain order summaries, meal preparation forecasts and their own customer pool, with menus, canteens and ingredient supply records traceable in the same backend.
The platform has gone live in Abu Dhabi, and the stable customers of partner restaurants are being migrated in batches to the first cohort of users, with pickup confusion and in-group negative reviews replaced by meal ordering code verification and traceable records. The model is being replicated to Dubai and more overseas markets.
