This website sets no cookies. We store the following items using your browser’s local or session storage: a flag recording that you have acknowledged the traffic-statistics notice (so it is not shown on every visit); an anonymous session identifier for the online chat, so your conversation persists while the tab is open; and an anonymous tab-session identifier used for usage statistics. Session-storage items are deleted automatically when you close the tab; local-storage items can be removed with your browser’s “clear site data” function.
We collect first-party usage statistics on every visit, without setting any cookie: the page path, your language, the referring page, an approximate country and a pseudonym derived from your IP address and browser that changes each day. The full IP address is discarded immediately and is never stored or logged. The data is not used to identify you and is never shared with advertising networks.
This website does not embed advertising networks or social-media trackers, and no third party sets cookies through our pages. When you use the chat, messages are transmitted to our AI service provider’s API, but this does not involve cookies.
Because no cookies are set and the statistics are anonymous, there is nothing to opt out of: the banner is a one-off notice that disappears once acknowledged. You can still delete the items stored in your browser at any time through your browser’s “clear site data” function. Doing so does not affect any other feature of the website.
