Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address and the content of your message. Online chat: the messages you send, an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser tab, the page you contacted us from and, if you choose to provide them, your name and email address. Website usage data: anonymous first-party statistics collected on every visit — the pages you view, your language preference, the referring page and an approximate country, together with a pseudonym derived from your IP address and browser that changes each day. No cookie is set, and your full IP address is discarded immediately and never stored.
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request; to operate, maintain and improve this website; to produce aggregated, non-identifying statistics about website usage; and to protect the website against misuse and security incidents.
When you use the online chat, your messages may be processed by a third-party artificial intelligence service (currently DeepSeek) in order to generate an automatic reply. The messages you send are transmitted to that provider’s API for this purpose. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the chat. Conversations may also be read by our staff, for example when the automated assistant cannot resolve your question.
We process personal data on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (responding to your enquiries and providing the services you request); our legitimate interests in operating, measuring and securing this website, which include the anonymous, cookie-free traffic statistics and, where you choose to use it, the AI-assisted chat; and your consent wherever you voluntarily provide information such as your name and email address in the chat.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help us operate this website — principally our hosting provider and, for chat conversations, our AI service provider — and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Enquiry and chat records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised. Website usage records are pseudonymised and kept for up to 12 months.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls that limit personal data to authorised staff, and pseudonymisation of analytics identifiers.
